Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund or seamless exchange.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
